Founded in 2016 by Raja Munuswamy, Nutmeg is an independent Bristol restaurant shaped by a simple belief: there is no single Indian cuisine. Raja's travels across India inspire a menu that moves between regions, ingredients and traditions, bringing those discoveries home to Clifton.

Each dish begins with the character of a place, from the Himalayan north to India's southern coasts, then arrives at the table with bold flavour, careful sourcing and the warmth of Clifton hospitality, while allowing each region to keep its own identity.
